Kooky Kampus Presents
PRESS RELEASE
Today marks the release of our Peculiar Palouse edition of Kooky Kampus magazine. This edition will focus on strange phenomena and mysterious facts about Washington State University. Each of our writers have taken a stance on what position they have on the topic of paranormal activity. Different events and spooky locations will also be addressed in this special edition celebrating the coming of Halloween.
Ghost stories and Halloween in general have always been attributed to the culture of an area and with this edition, we are hoping to connect with the culture at the WSU campus. From ghost stories right here on campus grounds to activities and locations where thrill seekers can explore, The Peculiar Palouse is a fantastic read for everyone. Those who do not believe in paranormal activity can also find an interesting piece “Debunking Paranormal Phenomena”. Regardless of your stance and no matter your personality, this magazine will perk your interest.
As a relatively new magazine, we are hoping to eventually develop partnerships with companies such as Campus Magazines for publishing purposes. We were also looking to gain more recognition through advertisements in the daily evergreen at the WSU campus, and similar newspapers at other regional collegiate campuses.
The release of this magazine with at the heart of campus, which at WSU is the Compton Union Building or CUB. Electronic versions will be available for purchase through links on Facebook and Twitter. For future addition we will also find central campus areas such as Idaho’s Campus Commons. We can also be contacted by email at the-kooky.kampus@gmail.com for further questions and requests for future topics.
Thank you and Enjoy!
